In most scenarios, a League may not move – Pokémon Leagues are tied to a Play! Pokémon Store. The only scenario in which Pokémon Leagues have been moved in recent years is if the store associated with the Pokémon League has ceased to exist, another store that has never had a Pokémon League would like to become a Play! Pokémon Store, and the two locations are in close enough proximity where the community would naturally move to the other store. If you believe your League may fit this scenario where it could be moved, you may submit a support ticket at https://support.pokemon.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000020293 – however, given recent changes to the program, Pokémon may no longer be moving Leagues at all.
